We gladly accept most major credit cards, including Visa, and MasterCard®. We do not accept Solo cards.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 7-10 working days from Order Credit Clearance.
Your order will not ship until your purchase has been credit-cleared.
For security reasons your delivery address cannot be changed once your order is submitted.
Usual delivery charge is £18.33 excluding VAT per system. £22.00 including VAT.
Can I cancel my order?
It’s only possible to cancel your order before we start to process the order for shipment. To check if it’s still possible to cancel, please contact DFS Refurbished Customer Care on the
following number: 01925 260 085. Calls cost XYZ BT landline. Check your mobile or other providers’ charges, as charges may vary.
If your order has been “ Shipped,” it’s no longer possible to cancel it. However, after you receive delivery of your order, you still have the option to return it to DFS within 14 Days from the
receipt of order.
Consumer Returns Policy:
Consumer customers have, for a short period and in line with DFS’s Terms and Conditions of Sale, the right to cancel their purchase contract and return the product in line with applicable distance selling legislation. A reasonable charge will be payable to cover the costs of collection and this will simply be deducted from your refund. DFS Refurbished price list:
All prices include a discount from the price that these specific systems would have cost based on the commercial price of their individual components. The price quoted is excluding VAT and delivery which will be added prior to checkout. The delivery charge is £18.33 excluding VAT (£22.00 incl. VAT) for a system.

You can get live answers from a DFS Product advisor through Online Chat support. Product advisors will endeavor to help you choose the right product as per your requirements. Advisors are available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. GMT Monday – Friday.
If you are purchasing a system using a coupon, the coupon code needs to be applied after each system and not at the end of the order. DFS Refurbished coupons can only be used on the DFSDFS Refurbished online store. Coupons for the main DFS site for new products cannot be used on the DFS Refurbished Online Store.
